Will my furniture come ready assembled?

Some of our sets come pre-assembled, some are flat-packed for self-assembly.

Will your delivery driver be able to carry my furniture through to the garden?

Currently, we only offer kerb-side delivery.

What time will my order be delivered?

As we use third party couriers, we cannot guarantee a fixed time of delivery.

How heavy is the furniture?

This is all dependent on the size of the furniture set you purchase. Most of our frames are made from aluminium which is very strong but comparatively light weight.

Do the corner and modular sets have fixings to keep them stable?

Yes, each corner and modular set includes durable plastic clips to secure pieces together for stability.

Do the cushions have removable covers?

Yes, most cushions have removable covers for easy cleaning and drying.

My cushions are missing from my delivery?

Please check carefully –  your cushions are packed securely underneath your furniture for safe shipping and delivery.

Why are my cushions out of shape?

They are fitted into the storage compartment and may look misshaped after removal; they will return to their regular shape after a couple of days of use.

How long will it take after I order to receiving my order?

When shopping in store, your will select your delivery date at Point of Sale. For online purchases…. TBC

Do you accept all types of payment?

We accept payments using all major credit & debit cards. Sorry, we don’t currently accept American Express.

Can I visit the showroom before I buy?

Yes, of course, you are welcome to pop into our showroom to view any set that you would like to purchase to get a genuine look and feel for your new furniture.

Are all your products on show in your showroom?

Everything that is in stock on our website is on show in our showroom.

What is polyweave?

Polyweave is another term we use for Rattan-style material. This type of material is a well-known it is extremely pliable, durable and comfortable. This gives you an extensive range of options when it comes to furnishing, whether it be in your garden, conservatory or even an indoor entertainment area.

Is polyweave garden furniture good quality?

The quality of polyweave is dependent on whether you’re seeking a natural or synthetic rattan-style furniture. Natural rattan is hard-wearing and gives an appealing look. However, it’s not weather-resistant and may require a lot of maintenance in order to sustain its durability and appearance.

Because of this, rattan-style garden furniture is often made from synthetic polyethylene resin. This type of material is resilient against UV exposure, rain and even snow, allowing you to use, and safely store them regardless of the season or the weather!

Is rattan-style furniture suitable for the garden?

Positively! Choose from a wide range of rattan-style garden dining sets, sofa sets and luxury bistro sets. We even have matching sunloungers for those who want to really relax in the garden.

Can I use the furniture Indoors?

Yes, of course! One of the reasons our furniture is so popular is how well it fits into both indoor and outdoor settings. For the home interior, many people choose to furnish their dining areas and conservatories with our furniture sets.

Is rattan-style furniture weather-resistant?

Modern rattan-style garden furniture has been developed to tolerate whatever the British weather conditions throw at it and can mostly be kept outdoors all year round. It stands up well to extreme weather and is water and UV-resistant. A protective cover may also come in handy to maintain the look and feel of your garden furniture when you are not using it. We recommend cushions are stored indoors or in a cushion box during the winter.

What is the best way to maintain and clean my garden furniture?

Our sets are simple to maintain. You won’t need any extravagant wood cleaner and treatment to keep it nice and clean. All you need is a soft clean cloth and your usual washing up liquid to wipe away any dirt or dust as required.

Then, with a garden hose or a bucket of clean water, rinse off any soap residue completely. If you do opt to use a hose, make sure it’s on a lower setting so you don’t damage your rattan furniture, then leave to airdry.

Other than that, caring for your synthetic rattan-style furniture is the exact same way you need to look after a natural rattan:

–        Protect from the sun and other extreme weather, when not in use, by using a cover

–        Bring your cushions in (or opt for one of our luxury weather-proof cushion boxes)

–        Move the chairs every so often to make sure they don’t become unevenly exposed to strong sunlight
